Protests
Purpose:
Protests shall be allowed for reasons listed in the Official Rules of Softball and ASA Code, Rule 9, or if it is believed that a team was not in compliance with the BCCSL bylaws. Should a team wish to protest a specific incident, you must inform the umpire and opposing team manager immediately (Before another pitch is thrown) of the incident. Should you not agree with the umpire’s ruling, follow the proper steps for filing a protest.
